Developed a brand overhaul through the development of global positioning, aligned global brand strategies, and created creative assets, communication tools, and guidelines for use in 150+ countries.
Once the new positioning was defined and delivered, I worked with the North American and European commercial teams and managed the Malibu Tropical Banana extension in North America and Europe. This included guiding ten cross-functional teams focused on concept generation, grassroots marketing efforts, liquid development, consumer testing, packaging, and design.
I aligned these marking efforts by leading market dialog, understanding local barriers, facilitating collaborative engagements with the commercial team, and executing localized go-to-market plans.
